Today we bottled our whites and rosé, and somehow, Today we bottled our whites and rosé, and somehow, this bottling day felt a little more meaningful and a lot more emotional. After the fire on June 1st, moments like this remind us just how much we have to be grateful for. Watching our wines move down the line… bottles being filled, corked, packed into cases, and everyone working together—it’s something we’ve done many times before. But today, we didn’t take a second of it for granted. To still be here. To keep doing what we love. To bottle another vintage and look forward to sharing it with all of you… that makes us happy.
